General Overview

WindowSwitcher presets a quick search in the open application windows (all windows, only active windows, active application windows) and controls the window location in the screen, that is, a convenient text search and marking can be arranged in the settled window on the left and the record at the right of the Page, so that information in the Internet should be easy to find and able to record.
On macOS, it is not so convenient to switch through windows, by Cmd+Tab you can switch to the desired application, then Cmd+Tilda to open the desired window of the selected application. Another option is the Expose feature, but this is less convenient when you want to select a desired window using consequently the keyboard in order to do it faster.

Important Features

• Programmable Hotkeys: The vast majority of window switchers provide their users to set their own hotkey combinations (usually two or three of them) that will launch the switcher and execute their favourite actions
• Thumbnails &Live Previews: Instead, provide a visual overview of the open focussed windows, often as live thumbnails, that gets you a clear look at exactly what you are switching to before you click on it
• Fuzzy Search: More sophisticated switchers include fuzzy searching: in order to quickly find a particular window or application whose name or title is not perfectly recallable, you can type a few initial letters in the input box, and the matching window or application will be located
• Window Control, App Control: Still, more than switching, other switchers (such as Trinity) also provide the possibility of marking windows to be closed or minimized, and activation of windows themselves within the switcher
• Filtering & Configuration: Tools may also have flexible configuration mechanisms that allow filters and blacklists, as described in more detail on that page, to refine what windows a user wants to appear in the switcher
